Last Friday we were lucky to be invited at the LEGO KidsFest in Hartford, CT. Yuuuuuuju!!!Yes, it was a good 2 hour drive to the our neighbor State. But, we love a good road trip and honestly it was well worth it.LEGO KidsFest open its doors for this weekend on Hartford, CT Convention Center a great place to be. Sadly, LEGO KidsFest has decided to END THE TOUR here in Hartford so, this is was last chance see Lego KidsFest after it's 7 year run!.
Daniela had a blast!!! she loves to play to LEGO at home and here she was in the heaven.
Everywhere you look there was a LEGO station to go and have fun. We enjoy the LEGO Model Museum featuring super heroes, cartoon favorites, and animals, LEGO Friends, Race Ramps, Construction Zone, LEGO DUPLO® play area, a LEGO Shop, and The Big Brick Pile, the largest sprawl of loose LEGO bricks.
She was ready to be creative and start building.
Everything was so well stage, there was space for everybody to enjoy their time and even there was space for the parents to sit and relax while their kids learned more about how LEGO pieces are created or to take a break from walking around while waiting for the kids to finish their next creation. Genius!!!!Daniela had just a good time that is hard to say what her favorite station was. She built a little something every time we stopped. Frankly, all she created did not last long :(. They need to be broken down for the next kid to play. That was the down part. A swag bag would have been nice.
And, since the holiday season is already here .. Well, the picture with LEGO Santa was one not to miss. Are you guys getting ready for the holidays? LEGO can be a great Christmas gift for you little one at home. ;)
